The prospect of buying a home can be frightening. To make it easier, make sure you pick the right REALTOR and familiarize yourself with the steps and some of the forms. You'll find a few buyer lists here and if you are a first time home buyer, be sure to check out the "10 Easy Steps" report below. 		10 Easy Steps to Buying a Home 1. Prequalify for financing, Find a REALTOR, 3. Make a Wish List, 4. Find the Right Home....
		Lenders This is a list of local lenders and their contact info.
		Buyer Estimate of Expense Sheet Your Realtor's Estimate of what it will cost you to buy your new home. REALTORS are required to provide you with this form at the time of siging a sales contract. Your lender will also be required to provide you with a similar form. Besides the purchase price, there are other costs you need to be aware of before you sign a sales contract.

		AHS Warranty Election Buyers have the opportunity to purchase a mechanical warranty for their new home. This form must be signed to either authorize the purchase from closing costs or deny (waive) the opportunity.
