Buyer Estimate of Expense Sheet

Your Realtor's Estimate of what it will cost you to buy your new home. REALTORS are required to provide you with this form at the time of siging a sales contract. Your lender will also be required to provide you with a similar form. Besides the purchase price, there are other costs you need to be aware of before you sign a sales contract.

List of Inspectors & Fees

There are different types of inspections you may want to have done before you purchase a home. The age and condition of the real estate for sale will affect what inspections you may want. Here is a comprehensive list of local inspectors and their contact information.

List of Lenders

This is a list of lenders in the Ellis County area that will assist the buyer in acquiring a Rural Development guaranteed 100% loan or an FHA loan, or both. (This is not a complete list of lenders in the area and should not be considered all-inclusive.)

Mechanical Warranty Election

Some seller’s will offer a 1 year home warranty through American Home Shield. This coverage is a great incentive for home buyer’s to cover many different house hold appliances and built in equipment. If a home doesn’t offer this home warranty as an incentive, you can purchase it separately...
