Over the years I have bought 6 homes and sold 5 and I would put Kris at the very top of the list of realtors with whom I have worked. In a single word, I would define Kris as professional. In our case, Kris was honest with us and told us where we needed to price our home to get it sold quickly. This concept sounds simple but I think a lot of realtors tell their clients what they want to hear, instead of what they need to hear. Accordingly, honesty is also near the top of Kris´ attributes. Another one of her attributes is her communication skills. In our situation, Kris communicated with Tammy & I almost daily via phone, email or fax to keep us up to date.
