You should know after many hours online that you were the only one I placed a call to. You did have some variability in your inventory prices but I recall raising that issue when we talked (i.e., if you would be interested in handling a lower priced property). You didn't blink an eye. YOU STOOD OUT ABOVE THE CROWD because of your site's professionalism, level of detail (more detailed and carefully crafted descriptions in your listings), banners, interior shots etc. No one else compared. But I have to tell you after all that what really clinched it was your video about your family. Your solid values shown through loud and clear. I thought, this person has her priorities in the right order and she's willing to share them with the internet community. So, I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED. Kris is a realtor who breaks the mold of stereotypical real estate salespeople. Kris not only worked to find us a home, but she was a big part of selling “Hays” to us as well. She connected us with the finest Hays has to offer when we needed inspections, repairs and any other miscellaneous tasks when we did not know who to call. We were able to reach Kris 7 days a week and at very late hours sometimes. Our home search began in July 2005 and we did not buy until April 2006 but Kris made every visit feel like our first with enthusiasm and patience. When we began looking for real estate in Hays, we first utilized the internet and were impressed with how quickly Kris responded to each of our requests. However, when we met her in person and explained our home needs, we were even more happy with her service. She was always available by phone, fax or email and gave us incomparable service during our new home search.
